FCG has managed our rental property for 10 years until we sold it yesterday with the big help by Gladys and we are so happy that we hired them! The owner and the staff are all friendly, reliable and sincere. With a little management fee, they found nice tenants and shopped around for low-cost vendors whenever the house needed repair. Gladys in particular was amazing! She was so kind, polite, always reachable, and took care of issues with tenants and HOA immediately. I met Gladys at church. She's friendly, responsive, and professional. She always answered my questions on time. My house was listed one day and the very next day it sold. There were issues with the buyers FHA (you know how they are) but, Gladys was always willing to assist with all the resources I needed to complete FHA requirements. For example, I have a septic tank that after inspection needed some type of pipe system installed in which the company wanted more than $800. Gladys did the research and went above and beyond to find me a better deal that cost me $350 to do the same job. If you're looking to get excellent service and maximum returns on your home sale, look her up, you won't be disappointed. A+++
