So often when we start thinking of taking our next vacation, we don’t even know where to begin…even if it’s just for a weekend getaway, much less a bucket list vacation. So we’d like to take away some of the confusion that might surround the planning process and make it as easy as possible for you.

Step 1. Complete the Intake Form

This travel agency survey will help us (and maybe even you) to understand what you’re looking for. Once this is complete and we all have better perspective of your trip, we’ll move on to the next step.

Step 2. Discovery Call

We will schedule a 30-minute discovery call where we will go over your intake form together and get into a bit more detail about your hopes for your next travel experience. If we both agree that it sounds like we are a great fit for planning, we move on to step 3.

Step 3. Let The Planning Begin!

Now that we’re on the same page, we’ll begin our research and planning phase to find the perfect solutions for you. We’ll create an itinerary with various optional details based on your intake and our conversations. Once we deliver the initial itinerary with options, we will dial in your choices until it’s perfect for you.

After you approve it, then we’re off to the races!

What Happens Now?

Finalizing Details

When we have the itinerary exactly where you want it, you will formally approve it and we will sign a secure credit authorization allowing us to pay our suppliers for your itinerary. And yes, we CAN take payments for your dream vacations!

Start Packing

As your travel date approaches, we will be sending you a package with the final details, check-in process and relevant information.
